Christmas on the Lake is an event held each year at Lake Wildwood in Macon, GA. Most of the houses on the lake are decorated with some beautiful Christmas lights, during the event you can take a pontoon boat ride on around the perimeter of the lake to get a “fish-eye” view!
It’s doubly beautiful because of the reflections off the water – especially when the skies are clear.
Back at the dock you can have your picture taken with Santa, sip on hot chocolate, and munch on freshly boiled peanuts while standing around the fire.
All of this supports 2 or 3 charities, which rotate each year. COTL is generally held each year on the two weekends before Christmas.
