Beach Rules
Beach Rules for 2009
1. Members and guest only. Passes must be shown to enter. No one will be allowed onto the beach area without a current 2009 pass.
2. The Beach water is not suitable for drinking. Avoid swallowing beach water.
3. Admission to the beach may be refused to all persons suspected of having skin, eye, ear or nose infections.
4. Admission to the beach may also be refused to anyone under the influence of alcohol
5. Littering is prohibited and subject to the schedule of fines. Glass containers of any sort are prohibited.
6. No food or drink is allowed to be consumed in or at the water.
7. All infants must wear snug fitting rubber or plastic pants.
8. No person may enter the water or swim alone.
9. All persons under the age of 17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian age 17 or over.
10. Personal conduct while on the beach must not jeopardize safety.
11. Diving is not permitted
12. No swimming outside the roped off safety area.
13. No watercraft of any kind inside the roped off safety area.
14. No Swimming after lightning has been spotted.
15. Beach and water area opens at sunrise and closes at sunset.
16. There are no Lifeguards on duty at the beach. Swim at your own risk. Children are the responsibility of the parents. Please do not ever leave children unattended.
17. No pets are allowed on the beach.
18. No open fires on the beach. Please use the grills provided.
19. Pavilions/gazebos are first come first serve unless arrangements are made in advance at the office.
20. No motorized vehicles on the beach at any time. This includes but is not limited to, motor bikes, ATV’s golf carts, and electric vehicles.
21. No feeding of ducks or geese anywhere in Lake Wildwood - Particularly on the beach!!!!!!!
